Statement
- Membership: By registering, you agree to comply with these terms and club policies.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with written notice. Short-term memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Long-term transfers only at management discretion.
- Membership Freeze: Members can request a temporary hold per freeze policy terms, subject to approval.
- Facility Access: Members must present a membership card at each visit. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
- Code of Conduct: Act respectfully always. Disorderly behavior may result in termination without refund.
- Equipment Usage: Exercise safely and follow all instructions. Wipe down after use and return equipment to designated areas.
- Facility Care: Properly dispose of trash. Only sealed water bottles are permitted in exercise areas. No food.
- Lost and Found: Unclaimed items discarded or donated after 30 days. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Operating Hours:Â PEAK – Monday-Friday 6:00am-10:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm.EVENING ONLY – Weekdays 4:00pm-10:00pm. OFF-PEAK – Weekdays 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. Hours subject to change for holidays and special events. Different membership levels may have access to different operating hour packages.
- Dress Code: Appropriate athletic attire and shoes required in exercise areas. No street clothes/shoes.
- Photography/Video: Prohibited without written authorization.
- Medical Disclaimer: Consult physician before starting any exercise program. Not liable for any injuries or accidents on premises.
- Maintenance: Temporary closures may occur for repairs and renovations, with notice when possible.
- Promotions: Right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time. Existing rates cannot change based on promotional offers.
- Billing and Payments: Dues must be paid on a consistent schedule. Delinquency can result in suspension or cancellation.
- Agreement Modifications: Terms subject to periodic review and update at management discretion. Members will be notified of substantive changes.
- Liability Waiver: Members assume all risks of injury or damage on premises and waive rights to legal action against the company, staff, or facility.
- Media Release: The club may use photos/videos of the facility and members for promotional materials. Members consent to use of depictions of themselves for marketing by signing these terms but can opt out with written notice.
